Terms of Service
Effective 31 August 2026. Last updated 31 August 2026.
These Terms govern access to and use of outsubscribe.lol (the “Service”), including the public leaderboards, listing pages, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a rank. Before checkout you must confirm, by ticking a box, that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Operator and contact
The Service is operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME], based in India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Legal, listing and takedown notices: support@outsubscribe.lol
These Terms work together with the public Rules. Where the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
1. What the Service is
outsubscribe.lol is a paid public ranking of YouTube channels and X profiles. You may pay to list an account and to occupy a rank based on the amount paid, according to the Rules.
Listings are paid placements. They are not editorial reviews, endorsements, certifications, or independent rankings of channel quality.
A payment buys a position on our board at the rank that amount can take at the time it is confirmed. It does not buy subscribers, followers, views, watch time, engagement, traffic, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at any rank, search-engine ranking, or any other outcome. Someone else can pay more and outrank you at any time. The Today board counts only spend within a rolling 24-hour window. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, categories, and ranking rules.
The Service does not interact with your YouTube account and cannot affect your standing on YouTube.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
- If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law, including trade sanctions.
- Channels YouTube marks as “made for kids” are rejected automatically, and every submission requires confirming the channel is not operated by a minor.
3. Payments and taxes
- Checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Their terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store card numbers.
- Amounts are priced in US dollars, from $3 to $999,999. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout.
- Minimums, #1 increments, and raise-only-the-difference charging are described in the Rules and shown before you pay.
- Completing checkout is an offer to buy ranking placement on those terms. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that amount then supports.
- Your bank may apply conversion or foreign-transaction fees that we neither control nor receive.
4. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or raised, and the amount is counted on the public board.
Being outranked later, dropping off the Today board after 24 hours, receiving fewer clicks than you hoped, disliking the category assigned to your channel, downtime, or later removal for breach of these Terms do not create a refund.
By completing checkout you request that we begin this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it.
We may refund at our discretion where a payment was taken in error, charged twice, or where we removed a listing for a reason that was not your fault.
5. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without a legally required basis is a breach of these Terms. We may remove the associated listing, keep records of the dispute, and refuse future use of the Service. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email support@outsubscribe.lol first — it is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it.
6. Your warranties
By submitting a channel or a payment, you represent and warrant that:
- the information you submit is accurate, and you will keep it accurate;
- the channel and its content comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer, privacy and intellectual-property rules;
- you are not impersonating another person, brand or company, and are not using the Service to harass or defame anyone;
- the channel is not malware, phishing, a scam, or primarily intended to deceive viewers.
You may bid on a channel you do not own — listings are public information. A listing does not imply the channel owner's involvement, consent, or endorsement. If you are a channel owner and want a listing removed, see section 9.
7. Prohibited listings and use
In addition to the Rules, you may not list or use the Service for:
- sexual, pornographic or adult content, or channels directed at children;
- chat, invite or messaging-group links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar), or link shorteners hiding the real destination;
- content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children;
- counterfeit goods, unauthorised streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trademark or other rights;
- offers requiring licences you do not hold, including certain financial, medical, gambling or weapons-related offers;
- interfering with the Service: manipulating click or visitor counts, scraping beyond ordinary browsing, bypassing rate limits, automated rank claims without our written permission, or reverse engineering except as mandatory law allows.
8. Our right to remove listings
We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorise, hide or permanently remove any listing or rank, with or without notice — including where we believe these Terms, the Rules or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder or platform complains; or where a listing creates legal, security or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund except at our discretion under section 4.
9. Third-party content and rights notices
To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed channels from the official YouTube Data API: channel names, handles, avatars, subscriber and view counts, descriptions, and latest video titles and thumbnails. We use that material only to identify the listed channel, to show visitors where a paid ranking leads, and to operate and moderate the Service. Those names and images remain the property of their owners, and their display is not affiliation with or endorsement by them.
If you own a channel and want its listing removed, or you believe a listing infringes your rights or is unlawful, email support@outsubscribe.lol with: your name and contact details; the listing URL on outsubscribe.lol; the channel URL or handle; a description of the problem; and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review. Takedown does not undo a completed payment or refund whoever paid for it.
outsubscribe.lol and the design of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service or scrape the boards to build a competing ranking product.
10. Not affiliated with YouTube
outsubscribe.lol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or their affiliates. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of the Service is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
11. No endorsement, no results claims
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a channel. We do not verify that listed channels or their claims are accurate. Click and visitor counts describe what our systems recorded; they are not a promise you will get the same. Your results depend on rank, your channel, timing, and factors outside our control. Links from the Service lead to YouTube, which has its own terms and practices that we are not responsible for.
12. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We rely on third parties — hosting, database, payment processing, and the YouTube Data API — whose outages or decisions are outside our control.
We may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms. If a change is material we will update the date above; continued use means you accept it. For a payment already completed, the Terms in force at checkout govern that payment, except where a change is legally required.
If we permanently discontinue the Service, listings cease to be displayed and no refunds are owed for past payments.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that listings, names, images, ranks or click counts are accurate or complete.
14. Limitation of liability
We do not limit liability that the law says we cannot limit, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that:
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
- our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that claim concerns in the three months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR LEGAL NAME] and anyone working on the Service against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your listing, the channel you listed, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another's rights. We may take over the defence of a claim; you will cooperate.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with mandatory local protections that cannot be displaced, those still protect you. Otherwise, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted.
17. General
- If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the invalid part is replaced by the closest valid term.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
- These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the Service.
